Our team typically responds to email within 1 business day. For urgent questions about an order you've already placed, you can also message the store directly from the order's chat inside the app.
Open the app, browse or search for the items you want, add them to your cart, and tap Checkout. Choose pickup, curbside, or delivery, confirm your details, and place your order.
Depending on availability, you can pick your order up in store, choose curbside pickup, or have it delivered to your address. Delivery availability and any minimum order or fees are shown at checkout based on your location.
You can pay with cash on pickup or delivery, or securely by card. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
You earn points on qualifying orders, which you can redeem for money off future purchases. New customers can also spin the welcome wheel to win a starting bonus. Your points balance and history are available in your account.
Go to the Orders tab to see your order status from placed to ready. Open an order to message the store directly — you can even attach a photo. You'll get a notification when there's an update or a reply.
Tap the Account tab to update your profile, saved addresses, and payment methods, or to change your password. You can permanently delete your account from Account settings; your past orders are retained only as required for our records.

The app follows your phone's language when supported (English or Spanish). You can also switch the language from the sign-in screen.
